Hi, Carrie, and thanks! Having the hardcopy book right there to refer back
to definitely makes it easier, and I definitely appreciate what you've done.
Take care.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] submitted and downloaded 4 cookbooks

I found 4 cookbooks at the local bridge club, so I have scanned, OCRed,
submitted and downloaded them. (I know some people object to me scanning
and editing them, but a LOT of the measurements came out Va and Vs, so I
thought it would save a huge amount of time if I edited them since I have
the books here.) Will take me a few weeks/months to go thru all of them,
but I've already finished the first one, since it was the shortest. All
have lots of recipes. (And yes, I'm giving the bridge club 4 books from
Bookshare that are duplicates.)

The cookbooks are:

Lea & Perrins Appetizer, Soup, Main Dish, Vegetable and Salad Cookbook
(they include a few desserts too, all with Worchestershire sauce)

Better Homes and Gardens So Good with Fruit

Jane Brody's Good Food Book: Living the High-Carbohydrate Way

Don't Eat Your Heart Out Cookbook
