Hi Cindy and group,

Thanks for asking. My problem was that when I'd type in my password I would get the message that the password I entered didn't match with the id that was in windows and did I want to change it to the one in windows. So I tried answering yes one time and no another andit didn't make any difference. I had one other account that gave me the same trouble. It was my bank . I contacted them and the lady was very patient and seemed to know her stuff. She had me go into control panel and from there I am lost as to where we went but we got to some place that wiped out the memory in windows and now my bank site works fine and as an added bonus it cleared up my problem with bookshare. I hope Peter sees this as he spent a lot of time and patience working with me to try to solve the problem. I wish I had more specifics as to where we all went in control panel but I got lost and just followed her instructions. Thanks for asking.

I'm a happy camper again.

Bud
