Book club editions do not usually have ISBNs. Book club editions are hard to
find online because most sites catalog by ISBN, but they are very common in
real bookstores, especially for science fiction.

I checked all over the book and couldn't find any ISBN anywhere. It's a book
club edition. Do they not include ISBNs for some reason? I don't understand it.

Sorry I couldn't help! Carrie

for A Fire Upon the Deep? I can't seem to find one in the book, and I want to
try to get the same edition for checking if I can.

 Thanks much.

   Hi gang,

Just submitted the following 6 BSO sci-fi books:
The Ophiuchi Hotline by John Varley
The Day of the Triffids by John Wyndham
A Fire Upon the Deep by Vernor Vinge
The Ghost From the Grand Banks by Arthur C. Clarke
The Songs of Distant Earth by Arthur C. Clarke
   2010: Odyssey
 Two by Arthur C. Clarke

Next week, I'll have a couple dozen more BSO sci-fi books for you. Then
I'll start in on the music books.
