Hi Sarah,
Gerald's probably right about your volunteer status. If you are logged in,
try loging out and loging back into the system. Do you usually get to the
volunteer page? If it still doesn't show up try going to the "home" link on
the page. And see if you then go to the step 1 and step 2 pages. You can
alsoi try clearing the browser casche. If you need help doing that, let me
know and I'll send you instructions off-list. If none of that works, you'll
need to contact John.
