[bksvol-discuss] state of fear

Hey guys,
If the validator of State of Fear is on this list, could you write me? I'm
not sure how it happened, and I don't know i anyone noticed it as well, but
blank pages were inserted on every page, increasing the total number of
pages from 620 to 1241. I haven't been reading the pagination issues we've
been having, but is this one something that's happened lately? If things
need to change, empty pages being removed, should I resubmit?
