There may be other ways to do it, but here's how I did it. I started ranked spelling from the tools menu.When it had tabulated my misspellings I did a shift+tab a couple of times to "properties" and pressed enter.There you will find several options, one of which is something like "don't check initial caps".Hope this helps.
