Hey Bob, thanks. That's just what I was looking for. I'm on my merry way again. That cut out about 200 capitalized words out. Thanks.

Bud
There may be other ways to do it, but here's how I did it.

I started ranked spelling from the tools menu.

When it had tabulated my misspellings I did a shift+tab a couple of times to "properties" and pressed enter.

There you will find several options, one of which is something like "don't check initial caps".

Hope this helps.
Bob

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] spell check

                        Hi gals and guys,

I seem to have lost my spell check settings in Kurzweil and am trying to figure out how to set it so it will ignore the words starting with a capital letter. I've had it set before but can't seem to figure out how I did it. I don't know how I lost it. It makes my spellcheck list look so long with all those names in it.
Thanks.
