Here's a perfect example of a book that "must"--I repeat "must"--be rejected.
We must all get in the habit of thinking that our time is as valuable as the
scanner who submited it.

Please be sure that the copy of The Craft of Research you received
for final validation approval is complete. When I returned it to
step 1 it was missing about a hundred pages somewhere in the
middle. Just want to make sure somebody scanned them in before
sending the book onto staff.
