Well, I don't have any idea about how to withstand a stripping,
(smile!), but I figure if the headers are left then at least maybe the
recipe titles will still be intact after the stripping. If headers are
removed, then I suppose the recipe titles will be up for stripping
instead, that's one of my concerns.

if you have taken great pains to protect headers and feel you can get
them
past the stripper, I'd include a note in the comments field requesting
the
validator leave them in tact.
A good test to see whether or not those headers can withstand a
stripping
assault might be to subject them to the utility for that purpose in
K1000.
