I do it for two reasons. It is easier for the braille reader to know  where 
they are in the book, and also it's the easiest way to protect chapter 
headings.

  Okay, there seem to be a lot of folks moving page numbers to the top of 
pages. I don't do this because it's a real pain and I'm not sure it's necessary.

  However, if it's necessary then I wish bookshare would require it, and I'd do 
it (grumbling the whole time).

  But, I'd like to hear from others as to whether or not they move page numbers 
to the top of pages, and if so then why.
