Ah, there's the rub.
Mayrie says move 'em, Monica says "no need to". They are both
respected gurus on this list and I'm just too lazy to move page
numbers if it isn't necessary. Plus, it seems like a breach of the
unspoken rule that says don't change a book if you don't have to.

at the top. I think.
