You can screen capture, and then paste it into paint, and then save it as a
format that your OCR program recognizes, then run the image through OCR.
It's tedious though.
It doesn't always OCR well.
I do this like when I need a page from amazon peek and I don't want to
alt-tab back and forth to type the whole thing.
