I've done what Sue's done. Sometimes I've put in
asterisks, and sometimes I've put two or three blank
lines.

On one or two occasions I didn't realize there was
anything to indicate a change because it was at the
top or bottom of the page--so then when I realized it
halfway through the book I didn't bother, except to
put a line space, figuring the change of topic or tone
in the paragraphs would be enough indication.
