I've done what Sue's done. Sometimes I've put in asterisks, and sometimes I've put two or three blank lines. On one or two occasions I didn't realize there was anything to indicate a change because it was at the top or bottom of the page--so then when I realized it halfway through the book I didn't bother, except to put a line space, figuring the change of topic or tone in the paragraphs would be enough indication.
