As with so many other things, the initial capitalization of a new line or page can be avoided with changing the auto formatting options within Word. However, it is different in other programs. The problem is not everyone uses the same tools. This is not helpful for print readers, or, apparently, for Braille readers. This doesnât necessarily apply to the question about medical terms, but I thought it worth mentioning, because Iâve seen it come up a fewtimes.
