Actually, I am starting at the end of the list hoping to either fix or
reject books which have been there a long long time. In so doing, I have
noticed a pattern.
Someone gets a book, renews it for a couple of months and then releases
it. Please if you are going to keep a book for a couple of months please
please work on it and upload it as accepted at the end of that time. I can
tell some of you are just renewing for a couple of months and then
releasing the book. Please decide to either work on it (which may take a
long long time I know) and finish it or release it quickly. Holding for a
couple of months only to release it just messes up the list and prevents
folks from knowing what is going on.
I am going to occasionally make comments about particular books on the step
1 list. My goal is for us to communicate about specific books which may be
"stuck" for one reason or another and make them go away either by rejecting
them or by accepting them. I for one am simply sired of finding some of
these titles still hanging around.
What, for example, is happening to archeology of the Land of the Bible? I
notice someone has it for validating. I worked on it, know it is complete,
tried to get it accepted and it is now somewhere else, not on the step 1
list and not in the "new books" collection.
