E. does attack people personally, though, and that's what people are not understanding. I will no longer be taking part in this thread and it is likely I will leave the list as well, although I will still volunteer. if feelings are not important, then I will not be a part of the list. All I am seeing is enabling of bad behavior or rudeness and that, I can not tolerate. I will let people know if I choose to leave the list.
