I touched basis with Mike, and now he understands that we do complete books,
and he can get it by Mid April, But if someone can get it before then,

I can get this book later in April as it is checked out right now.
However it is over 600 pages in length. If other people can scan part of
it that would be great. You just need to contact me so I know what is
already being scanned so nothing is scanned more than once.
