The "page couldn't be found" after 45 minutes is probably an indication of
a time outt.
I'd wageer that you are missing some small thing in the whole process that
is not allowing the upload to either commence or go through.
Until you get someone to watch the process with you, you are likely to
experience the exact failures you report.
Until you change something in the way you are doing the upload, it won't
go through
Of course, at this point, no one has a true handle on what is going awry.
