[bksvol-discuss] releasing "The War of the World by Niall Ferguson"

I am releasing this book.
Why? Because it has a fairly high number of scannos and has lots of
names/words from other languages which I do not know.
It also has lots of extra page breaks. Some of these are kind of difficult to
tell where they should be or if they should even exist or not.
Some of the scannos are involving the names/words from other languages.
Without a print copy of the book there is no way I could be certain that I was
fixing them correctly.
I suspect this might be a good candidate for our sighted fellows. But then
again...
