Since we validators now get a notice when our books are accepted, I would guess that we'd also get one when the book is rejected, if it's rejected by the administrator for some reason, but maybe that is a false assumption. That was the main reason that we wanted to be notified, since we don't usually check to see if a book has been bounced back to the download list. However, mostly the books that are rejected are rejected by the validator.
