Cindy,
Glad my problem could help others. Now, to start learning!
The problem, Ernie, is that I don't think bookshare has a volunteer cooridnator yet. Janice and Gustavo seem to be trying to fill the gap that has existed since Marissa, the last one, left. Hopefully, one will be hired soon, but thankfully Janice solved your problem in the meantime. Now we know to whom to refer others trying to become volunteers until the positions are filled.

Greetings everyone,
O.k. So I've tried 2 different options. The first option was to fill out the registration form, and submit it, which suggests that I join Bookshare. Great idea, but already done.
The second attempt was to send the answers to the questionnaire directly to the volunteer coordinator; to this point, that hasn't produced any results.
I do have one more idea, and that is to send a direct e-mail to the coordinator, but if that fails, I'm stumped.
I know there are a few volunteers working on books, cuz I see all this traffic on the list.
If anyone can suggest a way to join the ranks, I'll do so post haste.
Thanks and peace, Ernie To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx put the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line. To get a list of available commands, put the word 'help' by itself in the subject line.
