Hi, Bud. Yes, click on Apply to apply the changes, then OK when you're done. Spaces in the middle of words very well could be a setting that needs changing and that's probably what it is. Take care. I'm still learning but I think I'm getting there. This had about 450 "miss spelled" words. I excluded capital letters which helped a lot. Then there were a lot of words that had a space in the middle that I had to delete. Is it my scanner or do a lot of them put blank spots in the middle of a word? Maybe it's my setting. Any thoughts on that? It was kind of fun but very time consuming. Oh one last question. I think I lost a lot of it by going out and not saving what I had just fixed. Are you supposed to go to apply and enter when you are finished? Is that all you have to do to save your hard work? Sorry about the length of this. Thanks.
