Kelly C.,

I don't know how to answer your first question.
Theoretically, if the headers are different, the
stripper should leave them alone, as theoretically it
only removes things that are repeated. I've been told
that it doesn't matter how far down a header or word
is, if it's the first word on the page, the stripper
will get it. A one point I put the word header on the
top line on each page for the stripper to take. I did
it by copying the word and then pasting it, so I
wouldn't have to retype it -- but someone mentioned a
macro, so maybe you could use that. If you have
something on the top line that repeats, then I'd leave
a line space or two before your real header.

It's o.k.. to have the page numbers at the bottom.
Just leave a line space betwee the page number and the
text and another one between the number and the page
break.

Good luck!! It's quite a chore you're undertaking, and
I'm sure it is appreciated.

Yes, you can change the font to whatever you want. I
only recently discovered the magnifier, so now I leave
the font, which usually is courier new or times roman
or times, and make it larger to read. But I used to
change what I was validating into New York or Verdana.
I have a feeling it doesn't matter--that bookshare
changes it to something standard. I think I asked once
but never got a reply.

 Cindy
