Monica, you got the headers and footers perfectly, and, since I am a
proofreader, you get my vote for best person for today.
However, the crunch is you have to keep the page numbers which usually occur
on the same line with either a header or footer.

Hello to all. Hope everyone had a Happy thanksgiving? I wondered, if
scanning a book, am I correct in thinking that I can remove the headers
which is the title of the book which appears on the top of every other page,
and the footers which are the titles of the chapters which appear on the
bottom of every other page? Thanks in advance for your help.
