[bksvol-discuss] Re: question re kes books

What I was wondering, and thought maybe Barbara was
suggesting, is--is it possible for someone to download
a kes file, convert it to rtf, and then release it as
an rtf file so someone else could download and
validate it? Or is that not possible? If not, then
your option one would allow the submitter to get
his/her credits whereas your option two would not.
