Jamie,

Yes.  That's the most ideal situation.  We try to encourage all volunteers
to upload RTF files in stead of any proprietary formats.   It saves lot of
hastles.

But Pratik, couldn't a person convert the file to rtf
before submitting it to bookshare? Then Cindy (and
myself) could download the files because then they
wouldn't be KES files to begin with.
