Hi Lissi, The word "sala" means room; it's often used to mean living room. The word "sola" means either alone or lonely depending on the context, and would refer to a feminine person or object. Spanish doesn't have the accented c, though French does. The mark that goes over an accented c is called a cedilla, and it makes the C it's over into a soft c.
