Bud, You don't say what the pages with print are. Do they indicate the next Section or Part? Or both? I've had books like that. Also, I've had books where there is no page number on the first page of the chapter. I leave the blank pages in and put the numbers in brackets on both the blank pages and the pages with text or Part whatever to keep the sequence and so the reader won't think something important is missing.
