Ok, if I upload this brl does that mean that they're won't be a daisy copy? ----- Original Message ----- From: Jake Brownell To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 17, 2006 7:51 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: question about brl files Hi Grace, My understanding is that BRL is a simpler format of BRF. In which case, you'd need to edit in BRF to keep the quality of the transcribed Braille, yes there would be translation errors. The system should expect the book back in BRF format anyways... Do we accept those? I can open it in K1000 but will there be translation errors when I convert to rtf? Will the system accept it? *** Grace For scanning and validating tips check out http://www.jbrownell.com/bks/tl.asp For ideas of books to scan check out: the No Book Left Behind AKA Reject list http://www.jbrownell.com/bks/reject.asp Rescan List http://www.jbrownell.com/bks/rescan.asp ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- No virus found in this incoming message.
