Scott, is there a way to look a scan so I don't have to get a copy of the book?
That would make things so much faster and easier. Also, what is the criteria to
reject a book; how bad does it have to be?

Tim

Sue,

That's an excellent question. I wish there were an excellent answer.
Director of Operations Fred Slone and I just finished a 45 minute meeting
in which this type problem was a topic. For the books we add the solution
is having access to a Google peek or the scan. For PQ books we simply do
nothing. Their errors are part of the copyrighted work  As somebody once
said, "We respect their right to be wrong!"
