Is there a table of contents? I use it sometimes when a chapter title is
garbled or when I'm not sure what page the chapter is supposed to start on.

I've just finished scanning a book and, as is often the case, the chapter
headings got um realigned or garbled. I've done my best to guess where they
might be, but my guesses probably aren't accurate. What should I do here?
