Alison!!!!!!!! I just returned the book yesterday! I can't help now!
Sigh.
So someone else will have to get them. I asked on the list to see if
someone was doing it but no one spoked up and since it was such a popular
book and an interlibrary loan and I was sitting on I came to the
conclusion
to send it back.
Hopefully someone else can get you the pages.
