Hey Cindy, 

No blank spaces between lines will be shown as our converter removes them 
(unless there are asterisks on those blank lines). If the title is a larger 
font than the text, this is another way of showing the distinction between the 
chapter number/title and the text, but if you want to show that there is a 
blank line between the chapter number/title, please add in the asterisks.

wait-a-minute, do I understand you to mean here that if the chapter title is 16 
point Bold (and in some cases caps) and the text is, as usual, 12 point lower 
case, the space can be a space and the asterisks aren't needed? I
