Yes, you need to separate authors with a comma because otherwise the word "and" becomes part of the author name. You can refer to Carrie's guidelines for entering authors in the tips area of my website

So, yes, something like

Title: How to Submit a Book to BookShare
Author: Jake Brownell, Gerald Hovas

is how you would enter that fictional book if Gerald and I wrote it.
