Hi, Dasha!

They had nothing prior to iii, so I back-numbered to i, but was left with 
multiple other unnumbered pages, which following Marty and Madeleine's 
suggestion I will number in upper case Roman numerals.  When it is in the 
collection, I will make sure it is not "messed up" and numbering is retained.

If you have a copy of the book look at how the page or pages in question are 
numbered. This might give you an idea. I don't know since I don't read print.
