Hi Valerie,
My instructions work in Word 2003. I don't know if they work in
Word 2007. I'm really, really sorry that I didn't specify that information
in my earlier note to you. I feel awful messing up your file for you! I'll
be careful from now on to say what versions of software that I'm using.

I did copy and paste from her instructions, but it only found four instances
and messed up other things I then had to fix (or at least I hope I fixed,
LOL). Will try again on something smaller and see if it was a fluke.
