[bksvol-discuss] page numbering

Shelley, I just got through validating Every Teacher's Little Book of Wisdom
and, as you said, found almost no errors. However, I am a little concerned
because there are no page numbers. Are you aware of this? It seems to me that
there are an unusually high number of blank lines but that may have been a
combination of the book's format plus leaving lines for page breaks. After
every page break the title of the book is repeated, but since Bookshare
supposedly does this stripping, I didn't delete them. I am concerned about the
lack of page numbers, however, and will wait to hear from you before uploading.
