[bksvol-discuss] page number assistance

I'm almost finished prevalidating a book called MisDiagnosis and Dual
Diagnosis of Gifted Children.
The page numbers are on the bottom of every page. Should I keep them there,
or move them to the top of the page after I omit the repetitive headings?
