Since most of us scan with open book or kurzweil, would it be possible for
the manufacturers of said software and the officials at bookshare who know
the exact specifications they want to get together and come up with
versions of the software that more automatically deal with this issue. I
say this particularly in reference to the daisy issue. I as a volunteer am
willing to edit for scanning errors. I have edited 66 books this year of
membership. I just feel out of my depth as a volunteer to do the kind of
validating with insures the page breaks bookshare seems to need. This plea
for assistance is directed to officialdom at all three said companies.

I normally just hit page down and it puts me on the top of the next page where the header and or page number is. If i can't find headers I usually go to the end to see how many pages it says the books has. If it's something like 70, chances are that the page breaks are incorrect. I really depend on page numbers to check page integrity. I also look for page numbers at the bottom of the page.
