Tom If you are convinced that the book is in order, I'd submit it again. Moreover, if I believed that no validation were necessary, I'd validate it myself. That way,, you would know for certain whether or not the page breaks are there, they got eaten up by the validator's editing pprogram, etc. Keep in mind that validating is sort of a hit and miss proposition as you submit your book and then anyone can grab it for validating. You can end up with someone with tons of experience or a firsttime validator who is not quite certain what is involved -- I was there once myself and know the feeling. So hopefully whoever validated is reading this list and can publicly or privately correspond with you as to what happened. Failing that, I'd try again.
