[bksvol-discuss] page breaks

I'd like to know how it happens that a book submitted with lots of little page
breaks all in their proper places, is then rejected because there no page
breaks! Are they like the socks that go into the wash as a pair and come back
as single? Or maybe there is some monster hiding out there in the ether
waiting to gobble up unsuspecting poor little pagebreaks?
