From what you said here, inserting the page breaks in this book won't be that difficult, and it's clear that you would much prefer to do this than to reject the book. From how you explained what is happening I can tell that you already understand page breaks quite well. To know where to insert them, you'd want to look at the header. Is there a line break between the book's page numbers and the headers with the title and author? If not, you can just insert the page breaks before the headers by pressing ctrl-enter in Microsoft Word.
I recommend that you let Lissi and/or Kaitlyn help you with this issue. Dealing with page breaks or the lack thereof is a very useful skill for Bookshare as well as for other purposes, so getting a handle on it will go beyond just helping you with this book.
