I am not sure if this went through the first time. It is still off topic.

I just bought a chest freezer. I am cooking a lot of different things and freezing them. It snows a lot here in the winter. Shopping is difficult when the streets are icy. This way I have veggies and fruit frozen. And if you get things by the boxful it's really economical.

If anybody wants to talk off list about doing this, you can write me and I will share recipes.

For you folks searching for healthier ways to eat, these are low fat delicious and freeze well.

I also find cooking once and freezing for later when I am too busy to cook works well.
