Hi Jill,
A lot of times it's useful to type the name of the program and then paste
the error message into Google. A lot of times you'll see results that come
from message boards that say things like "What does error ### mean?"
Sometimes it's too technical or unfixable or totally unknown, but you can
usually at least figure out what's going on.
