First he questioned the copyright. Then he questioned the title. I do not
understand either question. Both are fine. The book is in great shape. I
uploaded it yet again. I am peristent or stubborn depending on your
perception. (grin) I do think that having a separate step 1 kick back list
would highlight some issues. I think Jake's thirty days old list
highlights others. I will do my best not to take too many books at a time
in the coming new year. At least I get a lot done even if I take many of
them.
