Hi all,
Devorah, most of these "rules" are pure common sense. You've got all the things right. It does surprise me that prefaces and forewards and intros are not considered core content. I can understand that contents and bibliographies and indeces and glosseries aren't, but surely the first three are? 

Oh, well, I'll just go by what is written.  <smiling>  I just work here.
