I use wuperpages.com. It is online, but you can look up businesses, do
people searches, and it has the reverse phone lookup where you can search by
phone number. It is free.

Hi Gang,
I don't belong to any group where this question would really be on
topic so I'll just ask it here since this is a laid back friendly bunch.
I'm looking for a phone directory where I can look up normal numbers
and also reverse directory where I can look up by phone number
only. I have several in my computer but they all are so complicated
and want paid for any info. I thought there were some free ones but
can't seem to find them. Does anybody out there have anything like that?
