How can you upload a TXT file as an RTF? Had this problem a few days ago.  
Bookshare wants TXT in TXT.  Please explain!

  You can save TXT files as RTF, then upload the RTF file.  Make sure the 
editor has not destroyed  page breaks in the editing or conversion process.

  It doesn't matter what one uses to valiate: as matters
  stand now, txt files have to be uploaded as txt files.
  Hopefully the engineers are working on a way that they
  can be accepted a rtf files, but it hasn't happened
