Jamie, Doug Allyn is a master at creating characters who seem real, who seem
to live on after the last page. His characters seem so real because they're
not perfect. They have weaknesses like all of us, and they love, hurt, hope,
and fear just like we do. His plots and settings are excellent, but it's his
characters that fascinate me.
