Hi. I would be happy to set up this list on my server if you wish. I have
unlimited mailing lists and disk space. I would be happy to put you in
charge of moderating and other admin tasks. Just let me know if you're
interested. I personally don't have an interest in off topic chatter but I
am willing to accomodate those who do. Just let me know.
