[bksvol-discuss] missing pages

I am hoping to find that Louise Gourdoux is still on this list, because I
just finished reviewing Selected Tips from Heloise, and pages 22 and 23 were
missing. Those are the real page numbers from the book, which I determined
from the headers on the non-missing pages. I will keep renewing my edit
session on the book until I find out if the pages can be scanned and sent to
me.
